At Maple Leaf Realty we have dedicated ourselves to helping our agents be the very best they can be. In our opinion that begins with training and a supportive team. We have created a personalized training program that each agent goes through to help them begin their career. We also have a mentorship program in which you will have one on one access to listing appointments and showings with the Owner of the agency, as well as our veteran agents who can share with you their best tips on how to be successful. With the largest group of agents in Bennington, we are very proud to say that we have a wonderful mix of new agents who are just starting out as well as some top producers who have been with Maple Leaf throughout their entire career.
