Wendy Larson
We are thrilled to have Wendy as part of the Maple Leaf Team of agents. Although she may be new to us, she is certainly not new to the real estate industry, coming to us with seventeen years as an agent in the state of New York, and two years as an agent in the state of Vermont.
During that time Wendy has earned certificates of excellence in the Women’s Council of Realtors and recognition of multi unit sales performance that ranked her as top producer in the Capital region.
Wendy is very committed to her community and has served as President of her local Kiwanis organization for five years, which specifically helps local children. Wendy is always there when the community is in need of support and she is currently serving on the Hoosick Falls Planning Board as well as the Hoosick Falls Housing Authority board.
When she’s not busy with real estate and community engagement, you’ll find Wendy enjoying time with her husband and four children and four grandchildren.
Wendy joined Maple Leaf to broaden her area to help people with what may be their biggest life decision in the homebuying process. Wendy is originally from Bennington, Vermont and graduated from Mount Union High School in 1983. She moved to New York when she was married, and her roots now run deep on both sides of the border.
