Having been the top producer of Maple Leaf Realty for over ten years led Lilli to purchase the company from her long time mentor, Kathy Sollien, founder of Maple Leaf Realty.
Being the Owner/Broker, has given Lilli more opportunity to be involved in building business and helping the local community. She is a Bennington Chamber of Commerce Board Member, is on the Bennington County Housing Committee, and supports our local shelters and soup kitchen.
Having invested in real estate personally for over two decades, Lilli’s experience fixing up apartments and single family homes has helped immensely in understanding the “ins and outs” of what quality properties should be. She uses this experience both in helping sellers with listing their properties, but also with helping investors and guiding clients through figuring out the challenges with listing estate properties, business sales, and life planning with real estate.
Starting in real estate the year the market crashed in 2007, Lilli had to learn through the toughest of times, but her perseverance and hard work paid off. She has now become a local commercial expert and loves to help new agents learn as well as encourage experienced agents to excel in their work.
Her latest adventure is in development and new construction. Where Lilli sees a need, she finds a way to make a difference and when she heard about the need for more housing in Bennington County she decided that was exactly what she would do!
As a mom of three teens, the free time she has is spent with them. She enjoys spending time helping others, participating in community events, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
