It is not an exaggeration to say that without Tom Martins assistance, my property purchase would not have happened. Tom was the seller’s agent when I first met him. His knowledge of local banking contacts and local tradespeople allowed us to overcome several hurdles and time constraints which arose during the purchase. His communication skills and work ethic on behalf of his client were exceptional. I would not hesitate a moment to use Tom myself for a future property sale or purchase.
