What areas do you serve?
We serve all Southern Vermont, including all of Bennington County and Eastern New York in the Rensselaer and Washington Counties.
I want to buy a house, what should my first steps be in this process?

They will walk you through all of the next steps in building your team and starting your search.
I am considering selling my home and just want to determine its value prior to making a decision whether or not to list. Who should I contact to determine the current market value?
You’ve come to the right spot. Start by looking at our Meet Our Team page to contact one of our agents or call our office at 802-447-3210 and we will help connect you to the right agent for you. They will set up a time to visit your home and prepare a free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to help you determine your homes current market value.
I saw a house on your website and want to get in to see it right away. Can someone take me to see it today?
A 24 hour notice is usually required to view a property. Many of the homes still have people living in them who need adequate notice for a showing. Your agent will call and schedule you for the next available showing, whether it be the same day or perhaps the day after.
I want to prepare to list my home. Should I start fixing the things I think need fixing now and do things like paint and update my kitchen? I am not sure I can afford to do all the things that need to be done?
We highly advise not doing anything to prepare your home until after your agent has made their initial visit, prepared their CMA, and is able to give you recommendations that would truly help raise the value of your home. Have a limited budget? That’s okay, they will help you decide what things to try to prioritize and stick within your budget.
Do I need an attorney and if so, why?
Yes, you will need an attorney. If you do not have someone you are already working with, our agents can help connect you to some of the local real estate attorneys in the area. In Vermont the attorneys perform the title search, this is something you need to have done in order to close.
I am looking to open a new business/expand my current business and need a commercial space. Do you do Commercial Real Estate?
We do both list commercial properties and assist business owners in their purchase of a commercial space. We love to see growth in our community and would love to be a part of helping you find the space for your new or expanding business!
This is just the start…we know you probably have many more questions. Contact one of our wonderful agents to continue the conversation today!
